• Seeking a Senior Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) to enhance the customer-centric team.
• Develop standards and practices for back-end data storage and streaming systems.
• Build tools for engineers to interact and optimize database systems.
• Contribute to scaling the PagerDuty Platform.
• Requires coding/scripting abilities and experience with AWS.
• Background in Site Reliability Engineering or DBRE in high-scale environments is preferred.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Work in a hybrid model, coming into the Atlanta office once a month.
• Base salary range is $133,000 - $215,000.
• Eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DBRE, or Software Development.
• 3+ years experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Experience in Ruby, Python, or Golang.
• Experience with AWS cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
