In Short

  • Identify, evaluate and lead strategic partnership opportunities across Paddle’s partner ecosystem.
  • Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
  • Shape Paddle’s partner strategy by identifying market trends and opportunities.
  • Represent Paddle externally in partner conversations and events.
  • Drive adoption and growth of key partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or strategic alliances.
  • Proven track record of closing and scaling high-value partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in complex ecosystems like payment infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and accountability.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution.
