  • We are looking for an autonomous, coachable Business Development Representative.
  • You will generate demand, interest, and excitement for our products.
  • Your core task will be to prospect and develop leads.
  • Convert leads into qualified meeting opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Partner with marketing to generate demand through events.
  • Showcase Paddle through various outreach methods.
  • Manage and prioritize your time to achieve targets.
  • Consistently attain and exceed target expectations.

Requirements

  • STEM background at degree level.
  • French language skills.
  • High quantity of outreach with relevant personalization.
  • Incredibly organized.
  • Comfortable using multiple outreach methods.
  • Coachable, accountable, and consistent.
  • Consultative and human sales approach.
  • Ability to operate in a high trust environment.
  • Comfortable generating your own pipeline through outbound sales.
