In Short

  • Serve as the technical advisor for our institutional clients during sales and onboarding.
  • Conduct technical discovery and design tailored solutions using our staking APIs, SDKs, and platform tools.
  • Deliver live product demos, technical workshops, and architectural consultations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to support complex integration flows.
  • Maintain technical documentation, integration playbooks, and POCs to accelerate time-to-market.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar technical client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid experience with APIs, Postman, SDKs, and scripting in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience preparing and delivering architecture diagrams, implementation proposals, and live demos.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of complex projects.
