Overview

We are hiring a Sales Engineer to address the increasing demand on our Sales Engineering team. As our pipeline grows, we require a technically skilled individual who not only understands our product inside and out but can also develop and test solutions tailored to merchant needs.

In Short

  • Develop and implement tailored technical solutions that align Recharge’s product capabilities with merchant needs.
  • Gain deep expertise in Recharge’s platform, APIs, and integrations.
  • Actively troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to strategically position Recharge’s technical value.
  • Lead hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshops.
  • Influence product development by sharing insights from merchants.
  • Live by and champion our values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration, and Details.

Requirements

  • Proven technical proficiency with the ability to develop solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing engineering role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A track record of continuous learning and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
