In Short

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to convert leads into customers.

  • Act as the voice of the builder to funnel feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • Maintain demo environments and technical FAQs for internal teams.
  • Track metrics to identify blockers and improve conversion rates.
  • Work in a remote, asynchronous environment with strong project management skills.
  • Help app developers ship faster by combining code, conversation, and creativity.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Fluency with mobile stacks and programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, and React Native.
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to business value.
  • Project management habits to keep multiple projects on track.
  • Bias toward shipping solutions quickly.
