Overview

The Associate Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring a world-class support experience.

Requirements

  • Experience with ticketing platforms like HelpScout or Zendesk.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage flexible shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • 2+ years in technical customer support, preferably in SaaS.
