In Short

  • Provide support to customers using Everbridge products.
  • Isolate, diagnose, and reproduce technical issues.
  • Recommend solutions to technical problems.
  • Maintain records of work and communications with customers.
  • Document solutions for a public knowledge base.
  • Align working hours with US working hours (17:00 - 2:00am).

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or customer service.
