• Manage legal operations and oversee external counsel.
• Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis.
• Implement internal compliance procedures.
• Handle legal matters independently.
• Provide legal guidance on tech startup matters.
• Lead negotiations for partnerships and agreements.
• Develop and optimize legal operations processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.

Requirements

• Legal degree required (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 6+ years of senior level experience in IT/IP/crypto/legal and fintech.
• Experience in venture-backed startups or fast-growing international companies.
• Understanding of blockchain mechanics.
• Knowledge of securities, investment law, and GDPR is a plus.
