• Lead and scale the Stablecoin Yield Unit.
• Shape and deliver the vision for stablecoin-based yield products.
• Design and launch products appealing to institutional investors.
• Build strategic partnerships for yield distribution.
• Oversee the creation of proprietary technology solutions.
• Build and mentor a cross-functional team.
• Ensure compliance and transparency frameworks.
• Represent P2P.org as a thought leader in the stablecoin ecosystem.
• 6+ years in product or leadership roles in fintech.
• Fluent in on-chain mechanics and DeFi protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience launching and scaling financial products.
• Strong understanding of stablecoin markets and DeFi yield mechanics.
• Network with exchanges, custodians, or institutional clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of building or scaling products.
• Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep familiarity with on-chain analytics and yield optimization.
• Fluent English and exceptional communication skills.
