In Short

• Develop US Compliance and AML programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on compliance matters in the US.
• Support US license application projects.
• Maintain corporate policies regarding BSA/AML compliance.
• Establish governance structures and report to committees.
• Advise the Executive Risk Committee and Board of Directors.
• Manage BSA/AML rules and Customer Due Diligence processes.
• Develop reports for BSA/AML/OFAC compliance.
• Update the organization’s BSA/AML/OFAC Risk Assessment methodology.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance topics (KYB/KYC, AML/CFT).
• Understanding of the Payments/Fintech industry in the US.
• Experience with correspondent banking and financial institution clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accountability and positive demeanor.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with the regulatory landscape.
