Head of Compliance - Remote

Overview

The Head of Compliance will be a key member of our compliance team reporting directly to the CCO and responsible for developing and overseeing the compliance framework across our operations.

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify compliance risks.
• Oversee the licensing process for state and international operations.
• Create and update compliance policies related to AML, KYC, and data protection.
• Develop training programs to enhance compliance awareness.
• Establish monitoring systems to track compliance performance.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Compliance Management Program.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
• Ensure proper reporting of any violations or potential violations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in compliance within the fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of state and international financial regulations.
• Proven ability to lead compliance initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex regulatory requirements.
