Overview

As Head of Product Compliance, you are key to bridging the gap between the company’s Compliance and Core Product functions. This role is critical in safeguarding our licenses and maintaining our reputation as a compliant and responsible operator.

• Provide internal subject matter expertise on jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements.
• Lead the day-to-day management of the Product Compliance Team.
• Define product compliance requirements using the Product Compliance Framework (PCF).
• Monitor developments on relevant regulation for compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with product leaders to support strategy and prioritization.
• Develop capabilities for businesses to meet compliance obligations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in online gambling compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior compliance role.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in key gambling jurisdictions.
• Proven experience working with Product, Technology, and Legal teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team-building.
