Product Compliance Lead - Remote

Overview

As Product Compliance Lead, you will be a key leader in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the digital asset space. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust product compliance strategy and program, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring our products and features meet all applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Marketing and CX teams to embed compliance into every stage of the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Deep understanding of regulations related to digital assets and stablecoins.
• Experience with custodial services and regulated financial products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop effective compliance programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
