  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a high-paced Customer Support Call Center Environment.
  • 2+ years in a training, coaching, or leadership role.
  • Full English fluency, written and verbal (C1-C2), plus Spanish fluency.
  • Expertise in technical writing in English.
  • Proven track record in facilitating engaging learning sessions.
  • Experience building on-demand learning content.
