Overview

As a Revenue Enablement Specialist at InRule Technology, you will play a critical role in driving revenue team performance through operational rigor and data-driven insights, equipping GTM teams with scalable processes and learning programs that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.

In Short

  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to address revenue challenges.
  • Lead creation and delivery of enablement programs focused on process adoption and CRM usage.
  • Develop scalable documentation including playbooks and customer journey maps.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to implement sales methodologies and pipeline management practices.
  • Support tool adoption through training and ongoing enablement.
  • Deliver onboarding and continuous education programs focused on revenue-driving behaviors.
  • Analyze GTM performance data to identify gaps and recommend actions.
  • Drive change management for new tools and processes across GTM teams.
  • Manage ongoing enablement calendar and internal communications.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations.
  • Strong understanding of revenue processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and GTM tech stack components.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and communicating actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective enablement programs.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
