Overview

As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering our customers to succeed by developing and managing engaging learning experiences.

In Short

  • Develop user-friendly guides, playbooks, FAQs, and scalable learning paths.
  • Apply instructional design principles to create resources for customer onboarding.
  • Contribute to in-app guides and notifications to enhance user experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to align educational initiatives.
  • Track content usage and gather feedback to refine learning materials.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to design internal training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer enablement or instructional design.
  • Experience creating learning content such as guides and walkthroughs.
  • Ability to write clear and visually appealing guides and e-learning content.
  • Experience in adult learning principles and developing onboarding resources.
  • Ability to analyze data and feedback to improve educational content.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to create learning journeys and self-paced learning modules.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working cross-functionally.
