Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join the team. This is a temporary (maternity cover) work from home position based in Portugal.

In Short

  • Provide frontline Customer Support in English and Portuguese.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all support queries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Track and develop FAQs to improve the knowledge base.
  • Analyze processes and suggest improvements for efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Previous experience in Technical Support or Customer Service.
  • Aptitude for technology and resolving technical issues.
  • Proficient with helpdesk/ticketing systems and remote access tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
