Overview

As a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at CVS Health, you will serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues, providing expert guidance on a range of issues and promoting a positive working environment.

• Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues regarding HR-related inquiries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Generalist role.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Real-time problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: PHR/SPHR and/or CP/SCP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
