• Independently owns large-scale projects that improve frontline partner experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in employee relations or similar role.
• Experience researching complex HR-related issues.
• Strong collaboration and conflict management skills.
• Action-oriented with effective communication skills.
• Interpersonal savvy and compassion.
