Overview

The SVP, Head of Consultant Relations will be responsible for executing on our consultant relations strategy and building our partnerships and relationships with the top consulting and brokerage firms.

In Short

  • Lead consultant relations strategy and partnerships.
  • Educate on Lantern's value proposition.
  • Gather insights to refine messaging.
  • Build metrics and processes for the consultant relations function.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams.
  • Drive top of funnel growth and revenue expansion.
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Develop tailored content for consultants.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the function.
  • Accountable for the success of the consultant relations team.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare benefits.
  • Strong management experience (8+ years).
  • Deep relationships with top consulting/brokerage firms.
  • Experience in consultative sales or business development.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of self-funded medical plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Passion for Lantern's mission.
  • Preferred: 5-10 years as a health and benefits consultant.
