Overview

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership growth through the management of traditional insurance sales channels, as well as the pursuit of innovative sales strategies.

• Drive membership growth through traditional and innovative sales strategies.
• Manage broker strategy and ensure brokers have necessary tools.
• Iterate on ideas to create local partnerships and buzz.
• Report to the Director, Sales.
• Build and manage broker and GA relationships.
• Train brokers on the product.
• Represent the product at local events.
• Identify new growth opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Provide local competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare industry sales.
• 3+ years of experience with stakeholders.
• Must be a licensed insurance professional.
