Requirements

• 2+ years managing software engineering teams.
• Experience managing remote, distributed teams.
• Understanding customer pain points.
• Ability to coach your team to deliver maintainable code.
• Previous experience hiring for an engineering team.
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS, Typescript, React, Postgres, Google Cloud Platform, and FreeSWITCH.
