Overview

A Business Development Manager at Blueprint will be responsible for defining and enabling standardized project controls processes across a complex enterprise environment, focusing on delivering best in class service to customers.

• Define and maintain end-to-end process documentation and SOPs.
• Develop detailed process flows and swimlane diagrams using Visio.
• Translate complex workflows into standardized documentation.
• Create training materials for digital transformation initiatives.
• Produce high-quality technical and business documentation.
• Ensure documentation aligns with system capabilities and compliance.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in process documentation and operational enablement.
• Hands-on experience with process documentation and SOP development.
• Experience with enterprise systems documentation (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
• Strong technical and business writing skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.
• Experience in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
