Overview

This role involves supporting a global frontline legal function by managing incoming legal requests and providing analytical support for legal matters.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or equivalent.
• 0–2+ years of experience in legal operations or research.
• Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze legal documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• Comfort with ambiguity and minimal guidance.
• Service-oriented mindset focused on collaboration.
• Ability to work Pacific Time hours.
