The Paralegal will be a key member of the legal team, involved in managing motor vehicle property and debt recovery claims in a fully remote setting.

• Salary range: R16 500 to R22 000 per month.
• Manage and handle motor vehicle property and debt recovery claims.
• Work on both litigated and non-litigated matters.
• Negotiate with insurers, lawyers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and third parties.
• Draft legal documents and prepare litigation material.
• Assist colleagues with tasks and document drafting.

Requirements

• Experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Familiarity with online-based legal software.
