• Support trial preparation and litigation logistics.
• Manage e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Prepare and maintain legal documents and Tables of Authorities.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Assist with e-discovery efforts.
• Draft and format documents using Microsoft Word.
• Take ownership of tasks and work independently.
• Occasional travel as needed (5-10%).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a paralegal or in litigation support.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently without constant oversight.
• Commitment to accuracy, ethics, and professionalism.
• Adaptability to new tools and systems.
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys and managing priorities.
• Passion for mission-driven litigation.
• A paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required.
