Overview

The Paralegal will support the Workers' Compensation Defense team by managing case files and collaborating with attorneys to ensure effective resolution of claims.

• Conduct legal research and synthesize findings.

Requirements

• ABA Approved Paralegal Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years in workers' compensation claim litigation.
• Ability to research and interpret case law.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with EAMS and case management software preferred.
