Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Paralegal will perform substantive billable legal work under the direction of attorneys, assisting in various legal tasks to enhance the efficiency of legal services provided to clients.

• Work remotely from Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Guatemala, Peru, Kenya, or the Philippines.
• At least 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal is required.
• Maintain pleadings, discovery indexes, and case files.
• Perform administrative duties such as organizing case files and managing logistics.
• Draft legal documents and letters.
• Research laws and judicial decisions relevant to cases.
• Assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial.
• Knowledge of federal court rules is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is advantageous.
• Must demonstrate great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
