In Short

  • Lead sales functions from prospecting to close
  • Initiate outbound communication with leads through calls, emails and other channels
  • Proactively identify and research potential clients in the wealth management and financial services industry
  • Maintain a network of external relationships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up to identify their needs and propose solutions
  • Research and support the development of enterprise sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain pitch books, financial models, marketing materials
  • Work closely with technology and product teams to identify product feature opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. CFA, MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in a combination of roles across institutional/enterprise sales, business development, investment banking
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in enterprise sales or strategic business development to mid-size financial institutions
  • Ability to self originate pipeline
  • Expert financial modelling, pitch book/deck creation, memo/report writing skills
  • Experience in developing sales strategies from the ground up
  • Knowledge of fintech, wealth & asset management, and capital markets
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical details into benefits
  • Independent thinker, comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
