• Build and implement sales reporting processes and metrics
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs
• Support GTM leadership through capacity planning and productivity review
• Evaluate sales forecasting results and trends
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for enterprise data
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics or sales operations
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong knowledge of databases and large datasets
• Proficiency in Salesforce and BI tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings
• Self-motivated and proactive
