We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Analytics Manager who will not only help streamline our internal operations but will also ensure that our sales team has the insights and tools needed to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers.

In Short

• Advocate for customer-facing teams within the Sales Operations department.
• Generate and prioritize actionable user stories for the Sales Operations team.
• Create and maintain process maps, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
• Lead key Sales Operations projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Take a hands-on approach to project management and issue resolution.
• Implement coaching and learning frameworks for onboarding and training.
• Maintain the internal revenue department knowledge base (Confluence).
• Perform basic technical configurations and automations.
• Align initiatives with internal stakeholders across various departments.
• Organize and facilitate sales meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Based in Berlin (hybrid role).
• Proactive, self-driven learner adapting to new tools and processes.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• 3+ years in Sales Operations or a similar role in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM optimization.
• Proficient in sales tools and technology integration.
• Strong analytical skills for complex sales data analysis.
• Excellent project management skills for cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Experience in change management for tool and process transitions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
