Sales and Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25million of funding, looking to revolutionize food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands, and we are seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to grow our DACH market.

In Short

• Identify and onboard new partners in the DACH market.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential partners.
• Establish strong relationships with restaurant partners.
• Train restaurant partners on operational processes and best practices.
• Launch partners and ensure successful go-live.
• Conduct post-launch reviews and additional training as needed.
• Maximize territory performance through operational excellence calls.
• Requires frequent travel to partner sites.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Must have a car for travel.

Requirements

• Background in hospitality, having worked in or run a kitchen or bar.
• Sales or account management experience.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations.
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
• Ability to travel frequently to partner sites.
• Own transportation required.
