Overview

The Staff Data Analyst - Digital Success role is an exciting opportunity to help scale and measure customer insights that maximize value across our global customer base. You will lead data-focused initiatives that deliver insights to our customers at scale, capture insights to reduce churn and drive growth, and measure impact across Digital Success programs to drive business planning and investment decisions.

• Own the process of gathering and validating data across sources.

• Adaptability in changing business conditions.
• 6-10 years of industry experience as a data analyst or similar role.

Requirements

• Expertise in data strategy, analysis, and management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with multi-channel enterprise SaaS digital engagement.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Advanced analytics and data science experience is a plus.
