In Short

• Design and optimize Renewals programs in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead execution of key Renewals Programs and initiatives.
• Foster collaboration within the Renewals Team and cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs and track program performance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop communication strategies to align with Renewals priorities.
• Utilize platforms like Asana and G-Suite for organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Program Management, or related field.
• Ability to launch and scale strategic programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and project management tools.
• Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement.
• PMP certification is a plus.
