Overview

As a Sales Development Specialist on the Revenue team at Okendo, you will manage Long Tail sales prospects through the sales process, focusing on converting leads into demos and exceeding sales targets.

In Short

  • Manage outbound sales campaigns and convert leads into demos.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly MRR sales quotas.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accuracy in Hubspot.
  • Analyze prospect needs to provide customized solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospects.
  • Manage and iterate upon outbound sales motions.
  • Assist in creating compelling sales presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in SaaS sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Basic understanding of technology applications.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Shopify ecosystem experience preferred.
  • Hubspot experience preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
