The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Okendo is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer retention and expansion within the customer base.

  • Participate in the creation and testing of new processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with retention and expansion playbooks.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Shopping is a bonus.
