Overview

The Enterprise CSM will manage a portfolio of complex accounts, focusing on user adoption and driving value through feature usage and optimization, acting as strategic advisors to ensure maximum ROI from Dayshape.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Understanding of Professional Services operations.
  • Experience influencing revenue expansion.
  • Experience designing customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience selling software and/or SaaS.
  • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to tailor communication across functions.
  • Proven presentation skills.
  • Experience improving customer treatment strategies.
  • Highly organized in managing relationships and projects.
