Overview

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of complex accounts, focusing on user adoption and driving value through a consultative approach. This role requires strong relationship management skills to ensure customers maximize their ROI from Dayshape's AI-powered resource management platform.

  • Provide feedback to the Product department for roadmap alignment.
  • Communicate product updates and changes to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise customers.
  • Understanding of Professional Services firm operations.
  • Proven ability to influence revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience in designing strategies for product adoption and ROI improvement.
  • Self-sufficient with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong communication skills across different functions and levels.
  • Experience in presenting technical and business solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects concurrently.
  • Experience improving Customer Success strategies and processes.
  • Organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
