Overview

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of complex accounts, ensuring maximum ROI for customers through strong relationship management and a consultative approach.

  • Provide regular training sessions to customers.
  • Align internal resources to drive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience influencing revenue expansion.
  • Experience designing strategies for product deployment and adoption.
  • Experience selling software and/or SaaS.
  • Able to challenge customers’ thinking.
  • Self-sufficient with a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to tailor communication across different functions.
  • Accomplished presenter of technical and business solutions.
  • Collaborative and able to engage stakeholders.
  • Highly organized in managing relationships and projects.
