Overview

The Senior Manager of Solutions Account Management works to expand our relationships with our most critical Office Practicum clients by identifying further business needs and developing solutions through new services to address those needs.

In Short

  • Oversight of Solutions Account Managers' customer base to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Authority on personnel decisions for the team of direct reports.
  • Assist in the development and finalization of annual budgeting and compensation plans.
  • Identify current process gaps and implement solutions for increased productivity.
  • Support SAMs in developing strong client relationships and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of OP roadmap and guide SAMs on best practices.
  • Ensure SFDC is maintained and up to date for accurate forecasting.
  • Provide insights on competitive solutions and healthcare industry standards.
  • Manage the Solutions Account Management team and conduct performance reviews.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years account management supervisory experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory and hitting quotas.
  • Healthcare EMR / Practice Management / Revenue Cycle background preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
