Overview

The Senior Manager, Account Management at Lonza will drive sales growth and new business acquisition from existing clients while managing relationships and account plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in CDMO drug substance and/or product sales.
  • Proven track record in Business Development or Account Management.
  • Ability to travel for client visits.
  • Proficient communication and networking skills.
  • Understanding of clinical drug development phases.
  • Experience with small molecule GMP/regulatory requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable with global time zones and cross-functional collaboration.
