Overview

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing customer accounts and relationships, overseeing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to deliver excellent customer service and solutions.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day Agency and/or Network partner relationships.
  • Provide strategic client service to a complex customer base.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Oversee client business processes including onboarding and billing.
  • Ensure quality of services and satisfactory resolution of support requests.
  • Conduct kick-off and ongoing calls with clients.
  • Compile performance evaluations for clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and billing.
  • Communicate DoubleVerify’s value proposition effectively.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales or Account Management in online advertising.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
  • Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Direct experience in advertising agency or related fields.
  • Experience with Ad Serving technology.
  • Understanding of the online media marketplace.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail and a positive approach.
  • 2nd Eastern European language is a bonus.
