In Short

  • Maintain and grow sales within the US Government and non-government sectors.
  • Provide supervisory support to sales teams identifying opportunities.
  • Engage in sales strategy planning and pipeline management.
  • Oversee customer relationship management and software maintenance contracts.
  • Collaborate with project managers and software developers on project delivery.
  • Monitor government sites for award opportunities.
  • Promote HBK Engineering Solutions through industry events.
  • Manage multifunctional teams and sales groups.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and timely responses to RFQs and RFIs.
  • Support US time zones with occasional flexibility for global customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales.
  • Experience with solutions selling and managing large accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Eligibility for US Government security clearance.
  • Familiarity with Reliability and/or Durability Engineering.
  • Understanding of enterprise and cloud software environments.
