Senior Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing the administration, onboarding, and compliance work for trustees, assisting clients with offshore trusts, and ensuring smooth trust administration.

In Short

• Manage compliance and administration for trusts.
• Communicate with clients and financial institutions.
• Draft legal documents such as resolutions and loan agreements.
• Handle reporting requirements to banks (FICA, KYC).
• Assist with TrustQuay and/or Viewpoint software.
• Support LBA and AML audits.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Conduct investment research and stay updated on market movements.
• Lead and manage a team effectively.
• Handle ad-hoc requests with accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• BComm Degree with articles or relevant experience; LLB advantageous.
• 3-5 years post-article experience.
• 2-3 years of management experience.
• Intermediate/Advanced MS Office knowledge.
• Good understanding of trust law and accounting.
• Ability to communicate at an executive level.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in compliance and auditing.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Resilience and stress management abilities.
