Overview

The Customer Service Agent supporting our Remedy On-Call product provides top of the line customer support to our clients and their customers. This is a remote role that provides support over the phone via real-time/live conversations with clients.

In Short

  • Answer incoming client calls and verify messages.
  • Schedule patient appointments as requested.
  • Dispatch calls to the appropriate medical practice.
  • Provide courteous service during incoming calls.
  • Utilize critical thinking to address client issues efficiently.
  • Work primarily via telephone and chat.
  • Use various software programs for client interactions.
  • Maintain a secure and quiet work environment.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Engage in a performance-based culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail on computer screens.
  • Ability to spell medical terminology correctly.
  • Strong multitasking and flexibility abilities.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Typing speed of 35-40 wpm.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
