Overview

The Customer Service Agent supporting our Remedy On-Call product provides top of the line customer support to our clients and their customers in a fully remote environment.

In Short

  • Provide customer support over the phone and via chat.
  • Answer incoming client calls and verify message information.
  • Schedule patient appointments as requested.
  • Dispatch calls to appropriate medical practices.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.
  • Maintain attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Handle flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
  • Ensure a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
  • Use various software applications for communication and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong computer skills and typing proficiency (35-40 wpm).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection and required computer specifications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Attention to detail on computer screens.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems is a plus.
