Overview

Mpathic is looking for individuals to join our team as temporary remote customer service agents. These agents will be providing customers who were affected by disasters with relief assistance and resources.

In Short

  • Provide customer service to disaster-affected individuals.
  • Work full-time or part-time between 7 AM - 11 PM ET.
  • Answer inbound calls and address complaints and questions.
  • Follow established work instructions and scripts.
  • Manage one-on-one relationships with callers.
  • Must be proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Complete required training before taking calls.
  • Technical requirements include a laptop, headset, and internet access.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and pass background checks.
  • Previous call center experience preferred but not required.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Must work a minimum of 30 hours a week.
  • Above basic proficiency with computers and smartphones.
  • Complete Day Zero certification trainings.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Willing to pass a criminal background check and credit check.
