Overview

PeopleCert is looking for Remote Customer Service Agents who will be responsible for handling Customers' and Partners' technical, product and finance related queries through international inbound or outbound calls, chat, email and social media, demonstrating agility, empathy and ownership, ensuring outstanding customer experience.

In Short

  • Ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards.
  • Handle relevant correspondence within set KPI standards.
  • Answer all complaints and inquiries according to set procedures.
  • Monitor and answer all queues from inbound requests.
  • Train and coordinate new partners’ and customers’ onboarding.
  • Maintain a secure and orderly working environment.
  • Work effectively in a team environment.
  • Apply a flexible and adaptable customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Prior experience in certification or training fields is an advantage.
  • Passionate about Customer Service.
  • Excellent command of English and Polish.
  • Advanced computer literacy is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well organized and self-driven.
