Overview

As the Sales Lead DACH, you will be the driving force behind our sales in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will lead our field sales team, ensure the implementation of our growth strategy, and make sure Ocumeda continuously expands in the DACH region.

In Short

  • Lead the DACH sales team of 6 Sales Managers.
  • Responsible for achieving regional sales targets and reporting to management.
  • Translate company strategy into actionable plans for the team.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Represent Ocumeda at key industry events and trade shows.
  • Analyze regional market trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales in optometry or a similar industry.
  • Proven success in leading field sales teams.
  • Strong network in the optometry sector.
  • High coaching competence and strong communication skills.
  • Result-oriented work style with a focus on execution and performance.
  • Trained optometrist or deep understanding of optometry.
  • Fluent in German and English.
